Miami-based bilingual Latin pop girl group Bella Dose returns with a vivacious new single and music video. Called "Mírame", the track follows a viral moment from the group with Shakira herself performing a Bella Dose dance.

With "Mirame", Bella Dose touches on the theme of how important it is to rediscover yourself after a bad breakup. This highly relatable narrative is just one of the empowering subjects the ladies sing about. The four-piece confides, "Mírame’ is a dance record that fuses together elements of dembow and latin rhythm. It marks the era after a breakup where you are finally realizing who you are because the person you were with thought you would be nobody without them. Instead, you are better than ever and realizing that you only need your own love to thrive. Now, look at me!” Sonically, "Mírame" enthralls with throbbing intoxicating electronic beats under infectious melodies full of fervor. Bella Dose's vocal delivery is cathartic, passionate and relatable, posing the all girl group for massive international success. The accompanying cinematic visuals show the group performing their signature dances at a ranch in fashionable cowgirl outfits. Bella Dose exudes confidence, swagger and fun with every listener invited to join in the party.

Bella Dose is composed of members Brianna Leah, Jenni Hernandez, Melany Rivera, and Thais Rodriguez. The four-piece is taking the internet by storm, often trending on TikTok with viewers loving their catchy pop songs and innovative dance routines. "Mirame" is just a taste of what is to come from this exciting musical force.
