Dutch DJ, record producer and entrepreneur Sam Feldt kick off the year on a high note with his new epic club banger titled "Enough To Drink". The vibrant, pop jam sees him teaming up with L.A.-based vocalist Cate Downey and the pair deliver an irresistible vibrant jam that will stir up bodies on the dancefloor. The track starts off with a catchy melodic riff with Cate's commanding vocals in tow as she peppers it with a memorable line- "did you drink enough to miss me/ or did you miss me enough to drink". Taking on the spirit of a lover who longs for her partner, she floats effortlessly over the lush production. Sam sure is in his element, as he underpins Cate's sultry melodies with shimmering textures, warm live instrumentation, and an undeniable drum groove to boot.
The two linked up on TikTok when Sam came across one of her acapella tracks and reached out to her to share the stems with him and the result is what we have here, a bright bouncy tune that will make lovers miss each other and dancers get naughty in the middle of the dancefloor.
"Enough To Drink" is the first of many singles from Sam that would be released over the coming months.
