Pioneering Welsh lyricist and beatboxer Mr. Phormula and Rhode Island legend Lord Willin have recently teamed up for a collaborative project titled Hel Clecs (Welsh language for “Spreading Rumours”) . The project is the follow-up to their previous release S.A.I.N, and now the two are back with this edgy rock-infused track titled "Sound of Thunder" which is the second release from the aforementioned project. Bolstered by the dynamic and cinematic soundscape provided by Mr. Phormula, the emcees both drop the verbal hammer with their vastly different and unique styles. Mr. Phormula set the tone with his animated flow followed by Lord Willin's measured-paced cadence while the hook is a rousing section made up of throaty vocals that keep listeners locked in.
The visual is as gritty as they come and lives up to the title with its blend of eye-popping motifs, dark and scary images and a fast-paced performance scene involving both emcees.
