Chicago talent Karl Nobles, better known as K. Noble explores healing and relieving pain on new album Painkillers, a conceptual production that places the narrative and theme at its heart building 12 tracks of rap soundscapes around.

Rooted in a powerful blend of diverse flow and delivery, with plenty of free-styling, the album which draws inspiration from the message of Noble’s album Life is Pain, which encapsulated the idea of enduring pain and overcoming overwhelming obstacles.

Now, moving on from endurance into healing both physically and mentally, the new project comes to life as “one of the most creative things,” the rising artist has put forward. Having debuted in 2020, K. Noble continues to build momentum and carve out a space for himself in hip-hop and rap.
