After dropping her song "My head" earlier this year, UK singer/ songwriter Piper-Grace returns with a new single "Higher". The sombre guitar-driven track produced by GA & Joe Gosling sees her trying to find hope within a toxic relationship to no avail and coming to terms with the situation.
Armed with her distinct vocal tone and vivid songwriting from Tamera, Piper delivers an emotionally powerful performance ripe with gripping melodies and heartfelt lyrics. Far from a sob story and more of sober reflections, Piper gives us snapshots of her feelings with lines like "Better days hope that we could shine right again/don't forget the ones who stayed when you went through the rain" and closes it out with lovelorn sensibilities.
