Supertaste share "Spins (Lazywax Remix)"

DJ /Production act, Lazywax caught our ears with their remix of Supertaste's "Spins". Supertaste is a Brooklyn-based duo comprised of  Hundreds Thousands (featured in DJ Mag’s emerging artist column) and Slug Father with an appetite for deli sandwiches and disco while Lazywax is the musical brainchild of Hans Müller and Wolfgang Schneider.

The original version of “Spins,” was released in July 2021 and garnered quite a buzz in the electronic music circuit and it wasn't a no-brainer to get Lazywax to touch it up with some smoothness. The result is a retro-tinged Italo-disco record made up of lush textures, pulsating basslines, guitar plucks with bubbly pads and hypnotic drum grooves that blend perfectly with Supertatste's laidback melodies. As the song progresses, the listener is introduced to a euphoric keyboard solo that provides a ‘jazz-house’ polyphony and proves the song only gets better the further you listen along.
