Ioanna has shared a fresh new single called “Worst Part”. Hailing from Toronto, Canada, the singer has been quickly becoming a staple in the city’s scene, collaborating at a fast rate both locally and internationally. Recently garnering the attention of Jermaine Dupri and DJ Khaled, she recently appeared in his music video “Staying Alive”, featuring Drake and Lil Baby. Showcasing her emotive, sharply-crafted songwriting and airy, silky vocals, “Worst Part” makes for an infectious, bright listen.

“Worst Part” contains wistful, heartfelt guitars swirling atop crisp, punchy percussion and rich bass. Atop the emotionally potent backdrop, Ioanna weaves together memorable, catchy melodies as she discusses topics such as loneliness, and life in her home city of Toronto. “Worst Part” makes for a relatable release overall, as it remains unafraid to be vulnerable and does an effective job of connecting with the listener.

The latest from Canadian singer Ioanna, “Worst Part” continues her run of engaging pop singles and has us excited for what may be coming next from her.
