LA-based rising singer-songwriter Vinlisa makes her entry on our site with "Stuck on You."The Cambodian-American artist spent her formative years studying music in New Orleans, this afforded her the chance to develop her sound in an organic manner. She started making music in 2015 but wasn't until 2019 that she officially started releasing music and has since dropped eight singles and an EP.
Her newest single "Stuck on You" sees her romanticizing hopelessly about a very unlikely relationship but the euphoria of the very thought is stronger than one thinks. The subject matter could be said to be melancholic but the music production is bright, warm and soothing and of course, Vinlisa's sublime melodic runs sure hit the mark as she pens a colourful picture of what true love may look like.
Vinlisa has performed at legendary venues such as the House of Blues, Tipitinas and the Neutral Ground Coffeehouse, which has also added to her glowing reputation. In the virtual space, she has also showcased her songs for the Joy Ruckus Club and at the Khmerlife Festival.
