Zimbabwean-born, Luton – raised singer-songwriter Ashleigh Bankx captures heartache on “Right Move,” a sentimental number taken from her forthcoming six-track EP. With an Afro-influenced soulful sensibility, the track is a deeply personal exploration of repetitive toxic cycles in relationships.

Led by her expressive, blues-infused vocals and eclectic sonic blend of 60's soul & Jazz, the track which was written after Bankx’s own break up is a lyrical journey into finding an escape and solace from pain.

Managing to strike a balance between vulnerability and sass, the poetic production empowers women to live freely and confidently without any remorse over breaking out toxic confines.

Following the release of her singles ‘Angel’, ‘Victoria’ and ‘Tried’, this sleek number with amalgamation of an African-indie R&B influenced melodic hook, and a Caribbean chord progression leaving us feeling vulnerable yet comforted.
