Dubstep powerhouses Gammer and Pixel Terror come together for an explosive trap production “Step Back,” which allows both artists’ signature styles to collide in brilliance as glitchy opening notes give way to piercing synths and a booming dubstep drop.

Bringing additional elements of hardstyle and psytrance for a sinister but hypnotic vibe, the track makes for a memorable return for both artists’ as their first offering of the year. A thrilling number which Pixel Terror as “dangerously cohesive” sonic expression of both their individual artistic approaches, “Step Back,” is vibrant, upbeat and enigmatic all at once.

Having made impressionable names for themselves in the UK hardcore and dubstep scene, English producer Gammer and Pixel Terror have had several notable accolades through their career and if the timeless anthemic quality of their latest is anything to go by, there’s much more where that came from.
