Willow Stephens wants to “SHINE”

Los Angeles, CA-based singer-songwriter Willow Stephens returns with a new single "SHINE" which serves as her first release after a year hiatus. The record is a smooth, silky tune that sees her basking in the arms of her lover, and allowing the euphoria to whisk her away from the craziness of the world around her. Bolstered Jacob McCaslin's warm pads, lush piano progressions, and mellow funky drum grooves, Willow delivers a solid vocal performance ripe with subtle modulations and layered harmonies to raise the soulful ante which reaches a climax in the chorus section.

Willow Stephens is a Montana native who is a classically trained multi-instrumentalist with roots in jazz, folk, R&B, and classical music. She spent her early years performing as a solo act in and around the coffeehouses of the Pacific Northwest. She released her debut single "Bird’s Eye View" in April 2017 followed by her eponymous EP the same year.

"SHINE" is her lead single from her yet-to-be-titled upcoming project.
