Edmonton, AB Canada-based producer Newselph presents “Flowers (Remix)" which sees him teaming with the legendary NY emcee Sadat X (of Brand Nubian fame) and Los Angeles rapper Jurny Big . The heartfelt track is ripe with smooth jazzy guitar riffs and mellow drum grooves that exude reflective aesthetics. The track focuses on the need to make the world a better place for our kids.

Sadat X opens up the floodgate with a poignant line “Who can hurt a bay? Who’d even think maybe? No man deserves to take a life” and proceeds to drop gems about teaching the kids the righteous things and hopes we all make the right decisions.  Jurny Big comes through with a reflective and adulation filed verse where he talks about the older folks who put him on the right path and gave him the tools to succeed in life.

“Flowers” was originally released on Sebastian Hochstein’s 2016 Name Dropping album. Although released many years ago, the message in the song still applies to the world’s current situation.
