MOAN and Danimal are jumping through "Trainlines" [ Video]

UK's MOAN and Danimal team up for this reflective tune "Trainlines," which sees the duo connecting in Danimal's hometown of Leeds. The track was recording when MOAN traveled from Sheffield to link with Danimal and the track was birthed.

The production by MACI harks back to the 90s with its crunchy drum breaks, jazz-infused textures, and overall somber aesthetic. It's definitely not a solemn tune as MOAN gets on the mic and delivers the goods with his distinct gruff vocals and vivid lyrical style that blends personal insights with unrestrained bravado ripe with lines like "I love sex, I get lost in your chasm/ The world turns like a constant orgasm".

Daminal follows suit with equal ferocity but with a tapered delivery and also shares his frustrations with a train driver who tried to stiff him of his money.

The visual follows both emcees through different spots as they journey through Leeds doing whatever they feel like. It really captures the duo's devil-may-care free-spirited mindset and the DIY vibe of the early 00s.
