Rising singer-songwriter Meaghan Maples caught our ears with her new single "Up & Away," a mellow but uplifting tune that showcases her rich vocals in all its glory. The production by duo Mars Today & JVD is quite sublime and it's built on warm basslines, dreamy chords, and lush guitar riffs laid over rollicking percussion grooves.
Maples is in her element and delivers the goods with her commanding but sultry vocals sprinkled across soothing layered melodies. The record deals with the angst that comes with blossoming love and the uncertainty of finding that one thing that makes one whole.

Maples is a trained gospel vocalist and her music has been featured on more than a handful of films/TV series. She also had an incredible showing on Tiny Desk Submission and is currently working on her new EP.
