Legendary UK electronic band Morcheeba shares a brand new remix of their song "Namaste," which sees them teaming up with legendary UK electronic duo Orbital. The result is a frenzied and vibrant take on the original version that slowly builds up and hits the plateau with a cinematic punch. From the dark trippy arpeggios, synth swellings, and energetic drums, Orbital totally flipped the tempo and aesthetic in their own unique way. Lead singer Skye Edward's vocals also get a reboot at certain parts as the song progresses while keeping the musicality of the original.
"Namaste" remix follows the launch of Morcheeba’s 10-track Blackest Blue album in May 2021, released independently via their very own Fly Agaric Records. Orbital’s new remix is the perfect accompaniment and extension of the full-length project, continuing a series of new remixes due throughout 2022.
