Joshy Soul has just unveiled the ultimate moving on single with "New Lover." The track marks the first single of the year for the Southern California artist who recently signed to B3Sci Records.
"New Lover" is a funk-fueled electronic pop single that radiates with swagger and confidence. With vocals that are reminiscent of Prince, the '80s-influenced synths pulsate slyly over driving basslines and infectious melodies. The single is all about finding out an ex has moved on with someone new but also not being heavily bothered by that fact. Joshy Soul reminds his past lover that he isn't trying to win back her affection and that he is just as great if not better than her new lover. With a dance-filled beat and a vibrant kinetic energy, "New Lover" is as fierce as it is seductive.
Joshy Soul is a performer, writer, producer, art director, fashion model, and musician.
