Connecticut-based emcee Chris Webby links up with the late great NY legend DMX  on the anthemic collaboration titled “We Up.” The track, which appears to be one of the last record performances by DMX lives up to its title with the pounding cinematic production provided by Webby's longtime collaborators Nox Beatz, and JP On Da Track. Webby sets it off with a plethora of punchlines and stylish flows laced with bravado and pure unfiltered energy while DMX comes in on the second verse with his legendary gruff vocals and dog growls.

The visuals by Rook Director pay homage to the Ruff Ryders with its 90s aesthetics, from Ruff Ryder gear donning goons, crisp trucks, stunt bikers, and cut scenes of rottweillers going amok. Webby is fully represented here while old clips are used for DMX's part. “We Up” is a taste of what’s to come on his forthcoming album, Still Wednesday (12/22).
