Miami based R&B artist Miesa just dropped her new intoxicating single “Blind.” The rising artist, who is known for her standout single “Overdrive,” returns with a track that describes the complexities of relationships in an expressive and distinct way.

In “Blind,” Miesa tells the relatable narrative of being blinded by love and held at the mercy of your feelings, even if your partner isn’t good for you. Like a good nostalgic slow jam, Miesa’s soulful touch and sharp delivery brings her meaningful narrative to life. Behind the song’s honey-dipped vocals, heart on sleeve lyrics, and dreamy classic R&B production, she reveals that she is not the one behind the wheel when it comes to this love. She acknowledges her defeat as she finds herself blind in love, or maybe it’s lust. Miesa confides, “Blind" is one of those songs that feels like everyone’s story and no one’s story all at the same time. Sometimes in relationships the picture could be blurry.” Produced by Viirgos, who is known for his work with Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj, the song’s elements are woven together seamlessly, adding to the song’s undeniable flair.

“Blind” is from Miesa’s highly anticipated EP which is due out next year. The singer-songwriter is signed to Siri Music Group and continues to entrench herself as an R&B name to look out for. Listen to “Blind” here and remember that we all get lost in love sometimes.
