Emerging singer and rapper LG Izz pops on our radar with the visual for his newest release titled "Babyface." The Bronx-born, Allentown, PA. raised artist has found a lane with his unique mix of R&B and smooth Trap stylings as shown on this part reflective, part bravado-laden track. He delivers a gruff melodic performance ripe with autotuned harmonies while sharing some of his tough life experiences. At certain points in the song, he is somber and reflective of his blessings, and at other points, he is just having fun with no care in the world. Overall, Izz is just pouring a multitude of emotions on wax while finding his footing in this crazy world.
The visual directed by Nick Asenjo follows the young artist through different spots in the beautiful city of Paris where he is on vacation. From the moment he arrives in his hotel, Izz is ready to soak up all the fun during his time there as he explores the city. The visual also makes use of some performance shots spliced with documentary-style clips of the emerging rapper's daily activities. It also alludes to his growth as a man who has pulled himself out of the dark and now he is enjoying the fruits of his labor.
