After sharing his debut music video "try" a few weeks back, UK hip-hop artist Oogie returns with another visual offering from his recently released somehow it makes sense (SIMS) LP. The track in question is "train station" which sees the young act reflecting on his past while looking towards a better tomorrow. Armed with his unique offbeat vocal tone and melodic style, he delivers a carefree performance over a somber but soulful production. Also joining him on the record is singer Jenny who provides soothing harmonies at certain parts of the song.
The engaging music video is shot and directed by Henry Croston who makes use of Oogie's eccentric style to the fullest. While Oogie is the main character here, he is also surrounded by a vibrant cast who help add variant energy to the visual. The rapper is stuck in the park trying to fix his bike while everyone around him is engaged in some form of activity or the other. It might allude to Oogie's search for some form of inner peace in a world that never stops moving.
