Johnnie Hayes is a man who wears many hats and has his hands in different pots. The entertainer, producer, and public speaker is charting his own path while using his music to influence and uplift everyone around him. His newest release "African Girls" is an Afro-pop infused soulful cut that is filled with adulation for the melanated women across the globe. Armed with a gruff voice, Hayes sure sounds at home here and delivers a solid performance over the powerful guitar-driven backdrop.

Hayes also keeps it somewhat pg-rated for the most part with lines like "… Then I had a dream about the most beautiful girls on the Earth, who else could it be?" to convey his love for black women. He doesn't stop there and makes mention of some notable African countries to buttress his point.

Besides making music, Hayes is the founder of TURN (Talent Urban Resource Network), a nonprofit organization based in one of the most influential cities in the world; New York City. Through TURN, Johnnie uses his resources to engage at-risk youth throughout the Tri-State area with musical instruction, music production training, songwriting camps, and workshops, and various outreaches.  He also at the helm of GREEN (Global Environmental Exchange Network), a faith, and humanitarian project that focuses on providing essential resources, including educational goods and services, finances, and most importantly emotional care and support to less fortunate youth around the world.
