Last Thursday, Florida-based artist Dominic Fike dropped details for the release of his debut album – which will be titled, What Could Possibly Go Wrong? Along with the announcement, Fike released a new song off of the project called "Politics and Violence."

"Politics & Violence" was produced by Julian Cruz and co-produced by The Roommates, and the 24-year old artist raps his laidback, easy verse over rhythmic alt-pop sounds. Luxurious strings, atmospheric choral vocals and a reverberating snare back the song's singular verse.

This number follows the album's lead single, "Chicken Tenders," where he describes a whirlwind romance, set in a hotel room. In this new song, Dom revisits said hotel room and makes mention of being "stuck," as he appeared in the first single's music video.

Reed Bennet, the video producer for "Politics & Violence" said via his Instagram, "a long thirty days shooting across Scotland to accomplish all these shots, spending 3 hours or more projecting a single lyric. waiting for the sky to fall…all practical on this one."

The music video shows Scotland's most beautiful landscape scenes in time-lapse, as Dom's lyrics are cast against buildings and mountains by a projector.
