Rising Chicago-based rapper and producer, Myquale released his new single "Butler". Inspired by nostalgic visits to the Butler Skaterink in Milwaukee, "Butler" is his trip to the past.
Produced by Odd Thomas and Stnfxce, the song is mellow and soulful, reminiscent of warm Saturday nights. Myquale's delivery holds a smooth and rhythmic cadence while he indulges in timeless moments. Enlisting support from Maceo and Aaliyah Allah, the three get lost in funky bass and 808s. Incorporating sounds influenced by prolific artists like Erykah Badu and A Tribe Called Quest, his style is an ode to the '90s and early 2000s.
Coming off the 2019 project release XX Winters, the versatile rapper isn't letting up. Following up on the release of "Butler", he hopped on Hush Forte's "DOMINICANA" earlier this week. With a new project set to release, Myquale is sure to be in your rotation.
