The follow up to his 2016 project Streetz Need Me, Doe Boy's newly-released Streetz Need Me 2 sees a careful selection of features from rap's biggest names - Future, YG, Young Thug, Lil Durk, NoCap, and more make appearances. The Freebandz artist raps with a nonchalant flow that seems to bounce with each instrumental's booming bass. It's a new age street sound that is gritty and is nearly as much about the flow as it is the content. The Ohio-based rapper talks shit on some tracks and discusses life in the streets on others.
What makes Streetz Need Me 2 unique is the high energy that Doe Boy brings while never sacrificing the rawness or blunt discussions of life where he is from. With 15 tracks that each hold Doe Boy's distinctive sound but vary enough in style, the project's highlights include the Mighty B-produced "Skip Skool" and the Gunna-assisted "Too Playa."
