Toronto’s KILLY dropped his latest track “Triple Helix” last weekend and the hip-hop scene is already all over it.  Produced by OogieMane and 16yrold, the fresh and futuristic song is perfect whether you're popping bottles in the club or driving down the highway at 2am. Despite the catchy tune, KILLY gets intimate on this record with lines like “I can never love a cop, they got my pops and they made me watch”, giving us a peek into his personal life. However, he doesn’t neglect his trap sound and lyricism, laying down bars like “Miami E11EVEN, I walk through the section, like Malcolm in Middle, got three different hoes. Pourin' up like an alchemist, mix it up, get high, I escape my lows.”

“Triple Helix” has racked up over 200,00o streams on Spotify garnering KILLY the stamp of approval from another Canadian-native and rap legend – Drake. It’s no secret that all the work he’s been putting into his music is paying off. So far, the rising artist has toured with NAV throughout the U.S, been a supporting act for Young Thug, and performed at multiple festivals including Lollapalooza and Rolling Loud. Beyond that, KILLY's image is unmuted with unique dress sense, recognizable flow, and memorable performances. If he isn’t already, KILLY should be on your radar because he has much more in store for us as the year comes to an end.
