Plàsi has an instinct for penning songs that combine quiet instrumentals with a simultaneous depth of vocals and lyrics. There is no better example of the Swedish-Greek songwriter’s style than his latest track “Sorrow”.
Following his August single “Bright” which showcased a ukulele-plucking, sunshine covered atmosphere, “Sorrow” depicts the sometimes darker shade of reality. In Plàsi’s words, the track “describes the hopeless search for answers and solutions when you’re in the midst of depression.” Reflecting this content, the track’s music video is submerged in cooler tones of colour through forest landscapes. Highlights of the track are the strong acoustic guitar and Plàsi’s vocal humming between chorus and verse. "Sorrow" is a beautiful concoction of what he does best.
Plàsi is on tour supporting his latest EP “Mystery”. See tour dates here.
