Rising duo Pelicandy announce their debut EP with the single "You and Me Baby" — a perfect combination of bass, drums, and synth with a gradual layering of instruments builds up to an electrifying and unforgettable chorus.
Vocalists TC Beecham's falsetto shines gorgeously throughout "You and Me Baby". Of the track, Pelicandy shared, “It’s a song about meeting a kindred spirit that justifies everything you care for at that point in your life, regardless of whether or not it’s healthy." Within the lyrics, we find subtle references to this Bonnie and Clyde viewpoint. Lyrics like "I don't seem to mind, turn the darkness into light" continue to explore that dichotomy between what you need and what you look for.
Pelicandy is comprised of TC Beecham and Nick Mills. Their debut EP Underlove is set to release on the 10th of September.
