Dutch pop artist Blanks makes his debut on EARMILK with the visual for his previously released indie-pop track "Let's Get Lost".
The tall Dutch musician is focused on making uplifting music tinged with retro elements with "Let's Get Lost". As a perfect introduction to new fans, this latest track is very bright, playful but with a catchy chorus that anyone can "get lost tonight" to. The infectious groove is intertwined with a light synth melody keep a steady pace from start to finish making this a truly mesmerizing pop track.
The 80s influenced visual directed by Natalia Boorsma really captures the warmth of the record and also provides an emotional release for retro-loving fans. The VHS and warm aesthetics pay a lot of homage to generic TV shows from that era. This ranges from wildlife documentaries to cooking and fitness shows.
Blanks has worked with luminaries such as DJ Armin van Buuren and more recently Ariana Grande. He performed during VidCon London as well as VEED Amsterdam. He is scheduled to perform at Next Up: A2IM NY Indie Week in NYC, USA today.
