LA born, London based newcomer Leo Bhanji teams up with South East London vocalist Donalee to share the celestial new track, "Heart of Gold".

Intricately layering vocals over patchwork production, the track amalgamates a number of genres, drawing on inspiration from pop punk to R&B. Possessing an old school vibe, it's hard to believe that this is the debut track from the 19 year old North Londoner. With infectious bass heavy hip-hop beats and Donalee's silky vocals, "Heart of Gold" is a glimmering old school number. Perfectly-polished, this debut is purely golden.
'"Heart of Gold" is loosely written on my part," shares Leo, "Just a riff on 'perfect being fake', and Donalee came with a similar vibe of sin and temptation – so we both talked about the layers of a person."
Boasting a danceable melody and lustful vocals, this is a track that needs to be put on repeat. I've lost count the number of times I have pressed play on this. Leo Bhanji is a master of creating elegantly produced tracks. Watch this space, he's going to be big.
