Tory Lanez just made some big Caribbean waves with his newest surprise tape, International Fargo. For those unfamiliar, Lanez has been using the “Fargo” moniker for some time now. You may remember he coined a series of consistent drops “Fargo Friday” dating back to 2014. With, “TOUCHDOWN,” Tory Lanez tapped into his Curaçaoan and Bajan roots to deliver some new fuego. This track is actually a remake of The FaNaTiX and Stylo G track from 2018 by the same name, “Touch Down.”

No surprise, Tory Lanez did this remix extreme justice. Not only does Tory Lanez namedrop OVO but he also shouts out the legendary Vybz Kartel. In the song he spits, “Hennessy straight, we nuh buy Brandy/ Lay pon di beach, tan line sandy/ When mi land inna yaad / Every bloodclaat ting mad /Bless up di yutes and mi dawgs/ Free up Kartel, World Boss.” Although Lanez kept the same flow Stylo G and The FaNaTiX did on the original, the vocals Fargo adds to the bridge around the 1:15 mark, make all the difference. Check out the rest of International Fargo which even features the newest One Umbrella signee, Melii.
