Rising Dublin-based alt-pop/R&B artist AikJ is preparing for his debut EP 1992 this year. A project he has been working on for a while. He previously released 3 singles “Hidden Agenda” , “Heights”, along with his 2016 debut single, “Suite Life” to the general public and got favorable reviews. For the Nigeria born, Dublin raised singer, his newest release "Break It Off" ushers a new phase and showcases him in his most organic form. Over a solemn backdrop that builds into a crescendo, he tries to win over a lady who is in a relationship. He sees the cracks in her situation and vows to do better than her current man. AikJ brings a refreshing feel to the soulful alt-pop and R&B with his emotive and sultry vocals and distinct expressive performance.
