Exiles make a splash on our pages with their solid new retro-pop single titled "Rearview Mirror". The duo, made up fo musician Jack O’Flaherty and producer Darragh O’Connor, keeps it minimal and straight to the point as they approach the music with a conscious effort to entertain and uplift our spirits. Backed by a tight groove, gripping layered textures and an undeniable melody, Exiles explore self-awareness in the aftermath of a break-up. The song is a far cry from being solemn though and even with its vibrant feel, it's very reflective as the duo search for closure through the three-minute piece.
"Rearview Mirror" is just a tip of the proverbial iceberg as the Irish duo is currently back in the lab working on new material with producer extraordinaire Michael Heffernan, whose impressive roster of clients includes Dermot Kennedy, Chasing Abbey, Gavin James, The Script and The Coronas.
