Following up from their Sweet Senses EP via Rawthentic in September last year, Manchester's AJ Christou and the Puerto Rican Caleb Calloway have teamed up for another sterling delivery. Right Now is the latest EP incoming 25th January via AJ's Celesta Recordings, a label charting releases and remixes from the likes of Ellroy, Jey Kurmis, Neverdogs and Ricardo Villalobos. As well as a lead track from AJ and Caleb, there are two reworks from expert German producers – courtesy of Berlin based Heartthrob and Frankfurt's Christian Burkhardt.

Opening the EP is title track is "Right Now" – a rolling, seven-minute groover on one of the more infectious basslines you'll be hearing this year. Heartthrob steps up next for his deeper take on "Right Now", keeping the thumping bassline and adding eerie synths throughout for an original rework with lashings of atmosphere. Exclusively premiered above, Christian Burkhardt's "Check 1,2" remix sits in a groovy yet more minimal place on the sonic spectrum, utilising distorted vocals and urgent synths for an all consuming dancefloor experience, "I've long since been a fan of AJ's work, and wanted to bring a new direction and overall feel to the production – whilst staying true and retaining the tracks dark intensity" Christian shares, "I'm happy with my take and have had nothing but positive feedback in my sets so far."

AJ Christou & Caleb Calloway's 'Right Now' EP is out 25th January via Celesta Recordings and available to pre-order HERE.
