Nik Hartfield aka Nik is going for gold in 2019 with the release of her new single "O.D.". The track was written and produced by Nik along with Scott (Radio) Berger-Felder (Rick Ross, Jennifer Hudson) and Stuart (Mookie) Sanders. “O.D.” is an electro-soul track inspired by R&B with a small taste of Trap and Hip-hop. The track reverses the gender stereotype of women getting too “emotional and clingy” in relationships, telling the story of Nik’s experience of a man getting too attached. She keeps a hundred with her story and handles the situation with effortless swag.
The Hartford, Connecticut raised singer is a Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) alumni and is currently in the studio recording and putting together an official project to be released sometime in 2019.
