New Zealand’s La Felix is back with another steamy hip-swaying disco track to keep the summer heat going. Last month the producer debuted “Comes & Goes” and his new track “Get To You” picks up right where those vibes left off. Joined by Josh Moriarty from Australian synth pop favorites Miami Horror, “Get To You” delivers the ultimate feel good spirit.
La Felix brings together breezy piano chords and sunny melodies–it’s impossible not to catch a bit of the positive energy. Apparently La Felix was struck by the tune too. Originally this started out as a remix for another artist, but it was so groovy he couldn’t give it up. Then he met Josh and realized his vocals would be perfect.
“Get To You” also comes with a funky remix courtesy of San Francisco’s Funk LeBlanc. Channeling his “inner Kool & The Gang,” the producer gives a version he could dance to. Elevated in spirit with nods to classic funk, Funk LeBlanc’s remix will certainly have you moving and grooving. The whole package is out now, available via your favorite digital platform.
