The Harpoons unveil smooth new single "Be In Your Love" ahead of album release [Premiere]

Australian four-piece band The Harpoons are kicking off this week with a smooth new release entitled "Be In Your Love."

The track comes ahead of their second album Amaro, due out this Friday. Kicking off with silky saxophone rifts, gentle and sensual vocals, the track floats effortlessly with ease and grace from the get go. Lyrically the band shares, "Sometimes no matter how much you love someone, you can’t access their inner life and they can’t be in yours. Sometimes your admiration for someone can even be the thing that stops you from being able to truly be on the same page. Sometimes someone’s pedestal separates them from you forever. This is sort of a rolling mantra of goodbye, a song of loss and separation, and realisation that reality and wanting don’t always overlap."

Towing the line between deep house, easy jazz, and easy listening, the new single has our ears perked for what's ahead this Friday with the release of Amaro. Give this one an early listen above and grab the pre-order here if you can't wait.
