Chicago producer and EARMILK favorite Restless Modern once again proves his ability to weave sweeping emotional compositions in his remix of Emmit Fenn's tear jerker "Lost In Space."
I'm excited to premiere this latest effort from this rising talent, a gently impactful remix that breathes life into the moody original. Celestial sonic elements abound in the shimmering remix, which shines a markedly more cheerful light on the brooding subject matter. The morose piano of the original is replaced by atmospheric synths and a reassuring bass line, resulting in a lighthearted takeaway that is truly inspiring.
The man behind the moniker Restless Modern gained notoriety and organic industry clout thanks to his debut single “Navigator,” which shattered 8 million streams on Spotify and earned inclusion in a Hulu campaign to boot.
