There's no afternoon pick me up quite like an uplifting and groovy new track. Today, that re-up comes courtesy of Australian duo Close Counters.
The Australian duo – from Tasmania, to be specific – has released a full mixtape today entitled SOULACOASTA. While we probably don't need to elaborate any further on what that mixtape and its eponymous first track will bring to your day, we will tell you up front that this is something to pay attention to. It's a dose of fuel you might not realize you need until you listen to it, as SOULACOASTA takes us on a ride through a disco meets electronica moment.
Alongside the audio release is the video for "SOULACOASTA," which you can check out above. The video is a literal ride of ups and downs, as we follow a man who exudes confidence and swag go throughout his day to only confront reality for a moment in the end.
