Midnight Mystery Club is the new musical project made up of David Paul Newell and producer Michael Gray. Their new song "Richest Man" showcases their warm, 80s influenced electro funk house style of music. The groove is undeniable on this tune with thick bass lines, warm pads and of course David's smooth vocals that ties everything together. He brings out nothing but love as he sings "…I'm gonna tell you the truth, Money lost all use/ Cause I'm the richest man in the world, Long as I've got you… "
"Richest Man" is the lead single from the group's first full-length album which came out last year but suddenly got a renewed interest and is currently one of the group's most popular singles. It is released via the band's own label Playing The Hook Music.
