In anticipation for his forthcoming debut album Geography, South London-based singer-songwriter and producer Tom Misch releases new single "Water Baby" featuring Loyle Carner.

"Water Baby" kicks off that vintage disco intro gradually fading the music in the background with Tom's vocie providing a gentle greeting ot the track. Then, when you think it's about to kick off, the track pulls back the reigns on and teases us with an almost acapella opening for the smooth hip-hop flow from friend, collaborator, Mercury nominated and all around badass South London-based artist Loyle Carner. The smooth hip-hop intro is finally met with the full brass section and main beat kicks in and then it's all over form there. The track continues to sail the listner away with a few added claps, some playful humming and fades out with Misch putting on some dark shades and dancing away on the keys. This track has a touch of that playful, good-vibe disco but with the soul of old world jazz. Geography is released on the 6 th April through Misch's own Beyond The Groove label / Kobalt Music Recordings.
