New York City’s Chris Glover has another new Penguin Prison single filled with his infamous feel-good vibes and sunny melodies. “Keep Coming Alive” is the second track debuted from the forthcoming Turn It Up EP which will be released February 9th. Much like the title track, “Keep Coming Alive” continues with a similar style of upbeat style of electronic synth pop. The positive energy carries all the way through every level of the track.
The inspiration for the “Keep Coming Alive” stems from his personal struggle with being an artist. “It can get very hard to keep coming alive while it seems like the world is trying to cut you down. You have to keep reminding yourself every day," says Glover of the track. The uplifting message of “Keep Coming Alive” is very much felt here.
