Dozenz takes a clinical approach when it comes to his craft. Inspired by the industriousness and confidence of Britpop artists, and with a love for playful lyrical patterns and energetic rhythms, Dozenz aims to create a trailblazing sonic identity. His latest release is the trap/ambient EDM infused track titled "The Truth". The premise of the single is set in the moments after a proposal, before the response is uttered as a reassurance that the new adventure will be worthwhile. With reassuring lyrics such as "Don't be scared my love I'll always be around I have hopes and dreams For you and me I have hopes…" The British-born singer delivers a unique vocal performance that shows his 80s influence layered against the new age backdrops.
Dozenz is the solo project by British-born songwriter and producer Saleh “Sol” Hamed. After a decade long hiatus to focus on personal life and family, Saleh is returning to the music industry as Dozenz with his first single “Need Nobody”, followed up with the five-track EP Versions. His first full length album Bring Me Back Brighter is currently being recorded.
