Rapper and producer Nolan The Ninja dropped his latest full length 'YEN' some months back. A cohesive body of work that featured his signature gruff-vivid lyrics and hard hitting, gritty beats. While most of the project produced by himself, a couple of producers such as 14KT & Chanes also contribute their quota.
Teaming up with Brandon Damon to helm the direction of the visual for the song "Corner Pantry" (produced by 14K & Chanes), the Detroit native taps into the Earthly greens to revitalize his essence and sets it off with a stream of reflective rhymes at the start. The scenery is simple, a modest kitchen backdrop with the usual suspect dwelling on his positive traction in the game and the obstacles he has to overcome. The visuals later switches to a 90s influenced backdrop for the second half of the song where the soundscape morphs into a more upbeat type vibe. Nolan moves to the front yard to complete the mission statement-
