Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, Jesse Kendal has been slowly revealing his experimental electronic tracks over the last year. From break dancing in the streets of his home city to the studio, Jesse effortlessly pulls a hip-hop cadence into his take on the future of electronic music with his new EP Colours – premiering in full for the first time on EARMILK.
Releasing as Kendl, he creates expansive and textured soundscapes in a way that demands precision production. The aptly named EP explores the more soothing Colours of the sound palette. The full EP release adds a 4th track, "Wunderkind (feat. Feelds)," to the already released trio of "Tide," "Holding On ft. Tiger Darrow," and "For Her." Colours was imagined as a post-psychedelic trip outside of mainstream music fit for a meditative break from a hectic existence.
