On a beat that Sounds like he just descended from a flying saucer, MTLien rapper Wasiu drops a fiery new track in the form of “Angry Black Man.”
Produced by High Klassified, “Angry Black Man” sees Wasiu setting his sights on our current political climate. But, in typical Wasiu fashion, he doesn’t merely comment on the injustices, but insteads structures his track with an ironic setup, asking the “Angry Black Man” what seems to be bothering him.
After the chorus hits, Wasiu then switches up the perspective and addresses the issues head-on. "Going ape shit when I come don't hide/Proud to be black as when the sun don't shine/Might just take all the lives that I can if I hear all lives matter one more time."
With grace, dexterity and a razor sharp wit, Wasiu has dropped yet another impressive track to add to his discography. Saying he is a “rapper to watch” seems almost pointless now, he’s that talented.
