Noah Slee first popped on our screens with the Melodownz assisted ethereal single "Lips" which gave us a glimpse of what the man was up to.  Teaming up with producer Ben Esser, both musicians craft 'Otherland' a 12 track body of work that draws inspiration from Noah's myriad of experiences.

Kicking off with the spacey opening track "Instore", we get introduced to Noah's chilled, sensual vibes right off the bat. The use of multi layered vocals and highly melodious arrangement the vibes keep getting stronger with every track. Tracks like the upbeat funky "Radar" and groovy yet poignant "Told" help uplift the mood of the project. Besides the enthralling soundscapes and superb vocal performance, the other element worthy of praise is his song writing. It can be pretty daunting mixing wavering day to day personal experiences stemming from moral conflicts and still be able to uplift the soul and stir the listener's emotions.

While Noah Slee handles most of the vocal duties on 'Otherland', collaborators do pop up from time to time, like Jordan Rakei on the piano driven ballad "Reality" and Shiloh Dynasty on the island guitar heavy "DGAF". Other gems include an interlude Georgia Anne Muldrow. To sum things up, Noah’s poetry and heightened emotional intelligence benefit the deeper meanings which weave each track to another narrating his right of passage moment.
