I don't know how he does it, but A-Trak has quite the ear. His Fool's Gold imprint has been a hub for trailblazing music for years, ultimately cementing itself as one of the finest in the industry. The latest to come from Fool's Gold is "Sirens," a funky house banger from London-born bass music duo Born Dirty.
"Sirens" uses a quirky lead sequence right off the bat, riding it all the way to the first drop, which has a tech house backbone but hits hard enough to fall into the bass house category. In fact, A-Trak recently dropped it live in his thunderous Lollapalooza 2017 set in Chicago, where he referred to it as "real house music." Talk about a compliment.
