Originally from Virginia by way of Jamaica, reggae artist, Eleigh, eventually settled in New Jersey. Since then, he's been feverishly working towards bringing his unique, crossover music to the masses. With both reggae and dancehall vibes, plus a splash of hip-hop, "Never Easy," is his first effort towards doing such. The chorus' melody is infectious, staying with you long after listening, and the multi-artist effort keeps energy high from start to finish.
In discussing the single Eleigh stated, "No matter where you're from or what you're going through, a record like this will inspire you to keep pushing. A lot of times in life, things get hard and we feel like we wanna give up, but this will motivate you to keep going, will give inspiration to ones who feel like there's no way out. I just wanted to bring a different feeling to the record with different people who been through the struggle and know how hard it is not to give up even when the road is never easy."
Enlisting an all star lineup including Jamaican reggae legend, Sizzla, up-and-comers Vershon and Chellavich, plus Fetty Wap's right hand man and Remy Boyz' CEO, Monty, Eleigh meshes the roots of his culture with the new school. Check out "Never Easy" above.
