Having returned to their underground best this year, the pounding "Keep Rock In" marks Groove Armada's final release of 2017. The duo has been in tip-top form this year, moving into underground house and techno territory that's seen them release on Snatch! Records and VIVa Music, working with Parris Mitchel and Slarta Jon, as well as being remixed by Andrea Oliva and Jamie Jones. To coincide with the release we threw five loaded, quick-fire questions their way.

EARMILK: What's your (DJ) weapon of choice?
Groove Armada: Man any era – then Superstylin has never really let us down

EM: Who keeps you rocking?
GA: Really digging the sound of Moon Harbour recordings, Snatch! too is on point, and DJ wise I think Andrea Oliva slays the main stage at Ushuaia every time I hear him – also heard a killer disco set from Denis Sulta the other day. Both standout moments of the summer for me.

EM: Which club (or clubs) keeps you rocking?
GA: Our Ants residency at Ushuaia is the one right now. Sunset slot + on the beach = heaven.

EM: Who's your favourite rock band?
GA: The Rolling Stones take some beating in the all time stakes, as for now(ish) The White Stripes were one of the best rock bands I’ve seen live

EM: How have you both kept rocking?
GA: I don’t know, some genuine passion for what we do, and daily doses of cod liver oil…..

Released on the sought after Weapons imprint, Groove Armada's "Keep Rock In' is the warehouse-poised, tech house single unlike anything else you will have heard from the pair to date.

Born and raised in London, UK. I cut my teeth on a varied diet of rock/indie, hard house/trance d&b and UK garage, developing an acute taste for house, tech house, and techno, but appreciate electronic music in all its glorious forms. Lucky enough to by DJ Mag's tech house editor, as well as having my views published online by some fantastic music hubs, such as EARMILK and Chase The Compass. I also manage deep and tech house label, Faceless Recordings. Let's GO!
