Allow yourself to kick back for a moment with this new one from Falcon Punch and Alexanderson. Beautifully painted with silky productions and twinkling accents, “Borrowed Time” boasts the perfect chill summertime vibes for that dreamy sunset on the beach kind of mood. UK singer Alexanderson brings these addictingly sweet vocals that play off Falcon Punch's cosmic soulful style. The lyrics and vocal melodies are so catchy, especially with the chorus. Like most of Avery Henderson’s work as Falcon Punch, “Borrowed Time” is definitely something you’ll find yourself going back to.

The track is sort of a reflection of love, regret, and a longing for the past. Oddly enough “Borrowed Time” came about on New Year’s Eve. “Sometimes things don’t work out like you plan, for better and for worse and emotive nights like that can bring them to the surface,” says Alexanderson of the track. This is certainly a lovely and smooth representation of a New Year's quarrel. Look for “Borrowed Time” out now and this won’t be the last we see of Falcon Punch and Alexanderson. They’re working on more tracks together that we'll hopefully get to see over the next year.
